Refund Policy

At InnovExc Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality technology, software, and marketing services tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Service-Based Engagements

All payments made towards software development, website development, digital marketing, SEO/AEO, WhatsApp Business API solutions, consulting, or related services are generally non-refundable once the project or service has commenced.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Discovery, planning, and requirement analysis
  • Design, development, and implementation work
  • Campaign setup, optimization, or execution
  • API setup, integrations, and automation workflows

2. Advance & Milestone Payments

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been completed and shared with the client for review.

3. Subscription & Recurring Services

For subscription-based services (including but not limited to WhatsApp Business API platforms, automation tools, or managed services):

  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage periods.
  • Cancellation requests will apply to the next billing cycle only.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Payment charged due to a technical error
  • Service not initiated due to reasons solely attributable to InnovExc Tech Solutions

Any such request must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be applicable if delays or dissatisfaction arise due to:

  • Incomplete or delayed inputs from the client
  • Changes in scope or requirements after project initiation
  • Third-party platform limitations, policy changes, or outages

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

7. Policy Updates

InnovExc Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
